Dr Jaret Bilewitch

Biography

Jaret Bilewitch is a molecular marine biologist with integrative experience in molecular systematics, population genetics, evolutionary biology, genomics and marine ecology. His research has included studies on DNA barcoding of marine invertebrates and algae, genetic connectivity of commercially harvested species, the evolutionary genomics of invertebrates, metabarcoding of plankton communities and molecular surveillance for biosecurity and fisheries pathogen detection.
