Biography
Sean has a broad range of research and consultancy experience in the ecology and aquaculture of shellfish and their pests, benthic effects of fishing, biosecurity surveys, and ecological monitoring in Fiordland. He is currently working on projects reconstructing historic ecosystems using palaeoecological methods to establish benchmarks to inform management of marine resources and future restoration of lost productivity.
