A nest was located by tracking down a PIT tagged lamprey then using an endoscopic camera to find the nest is the side of the bank. The nest is not visible from the surface and would be impossible to find the opening to the nest without having one of the lamprey tagged inside for guidance. An example of how nests can be present without being visible.
