Biography

I work in the area of environmental and agricultural economics. I apply econometric and statistical models to understand real world issues such as environmental and economic impact of increased agricultural production. My research areas include investigations of consumer willingness to pay for high-value added food products, farmers' decision-making on good environmental management practices and economic evaluation of agricultural project and research. The results are relevant to a range of stakeholders, including consumers, producers and the government. I have had a demonstrated history of working in the research industry with both domestic and international researchers from universities, research institutes, and private industries, on a variety of multi-discipline research projects including Our Land Our Water National Science Challenge.
