We service and support individual instruments, systems and nationwide networks.
We support our own National networks (Climate, Hydrometric, Snow and Ice, Soil Moisture and Sealevel) with the help of the NIWA field teams located at 18 sites around New Zealand.
We have a pool of 'ready to go' instruments, located at our Christchurch store, that enables a 'one site trip, fast turnaround replacement' when an instrument fails.
Outside of our own 'internal' requirements for network support, these are administered via our service and support contracts.
We also offer a significant level of remote on-line support as many issues can be solved remotely and don't involve a site trip.
