We can supply calibrated linear and thermistor temperature sensors suitable for connecting to our range of data collection devices. The calibration information supplied must be entered in the logger scheme.
Linear Temperature Probe (LM34)
This measures temperatures between -17.8°C and +100°C.
It outputs a voltage directly proportional to temperature.
Thermistor Temperature Probe
This measures temperatures between -100°C and +150°C. These probes have an output which has a non-linear response to temperature. We include a precision NTC 'curve-matched' thermistor giving an accuracy of 0.1°C.
Being sealed, you can immerse it to a depth of up to 2 metres to measure water temperature, or use it to measure humidity in a 'wet and dry bulb' set-up.
